Hotel Boutique Casa Zevallos

Beautiful colonial building with modern and luxurious rooms full of history. The staff is amazing and the place is a dream. Only reason I cannot give the five stars is the noise. The hotel is located right on the center square and the rooms are on the 2nd floor. So the noise is constant. If there was a way to insulate the rooms from the noise, this would be one of those amazing hotels in the world.

Amazingly beautiful, huge rooms with an excellent restaurant right down the corridor(Balcón de Zevallos). We stayed in the largest suite and loved the big copper tub, the super comfortable bed, the decor, the large bathroom and shower with lots of hot water and great water pressure, AC for the hot days, the stocked minibar, fast wifi and view of the fountains from our two little balconies. The decor is modern but perfectly compliments the building that was built in the 1800s. It looks as if it was decorated by a professional designer from CDMX or NYC. Service was gracious but not intrusive and though we had 10 bags from our 6 months of travel around Mexico, they didn’t bat an eyelash at carrying them all up the stairs to our room(there is no elevator) and helped us again with them at 630am the day we had to leave. They do have gated parking for a few cars under the hotel but it has low clearance (1.79m). It just fit our Jeep. We plan to come back to Cordoba again for a long weekend just to stay here and to go enjoy coffee at Hermann Thomas. We paid less than $100US/nt for a room that would have been $600+ US in some other parts of Mexico or in the US

Beautiful, modern hotel located directly at the Zocalo. The rooms are some of the best I’ve ever come across in Mexico, and the choices at the in-house restaurant are delicious. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice hotel.Super nice room the bed was very comfortable. Great location plenty of restaurants in the on-site restaurant is very good. The hotel is on the second floor. The parking is a half block past the hotel on the left. Let the people know at the parking area that you're staying at the hotel. My second visit was just as nice as the first

This place is the absolute best. Perfect location, every single staff member is professional and courteous and the rooms are BEAUTIFUL and nicely updated. You walk into your huge room and it smells so fresh and clean, which is hugely important to us. You walk out of your room to a beautiful, historic building with a great restaurant and happy people to greet you. You can't beat the location. You're in the heart of where all the action is and within walking distance to a ton of shops and restaurants. This hotel is a serious gem.

Such a beautiful room. Exquisite taste and details. I felt like an XVIII century baron. I stayed with my girlfriend in the room Condes de Zevallos. The food was ok, a bit expensive but the drinks were superb. We just fell in love with the room. It is true that there is no lobby but the staff works extrahard to compensate and resolve what we needed. El mejor hotel de Córdoba. PUNTO.

This hotel was the reason we extended our stay in Cordoba. We were heading back to Veracruz on Monday and we extended our stay until Thursday. The service by the entire staff was outstanding. We took up almost the entire hotel for my sister's wedding. By far the most beautiful room is Condes de Zeballos where my kids stayed. They immediately said they were not giving up their room once we all explored each room. This room has a luxurious copper bathtub and the biggest room. We were a group of 9 staying here and thus taking up 4 rooms. We all LOVED each room and its amenities. Each room had two bathrobes and two slippers. The robes could be purchased at the boutique, the slippers I was told were complimentary. My boyfriend and I stayed in Guera Rodriguez. We definitely recommend you stay here.
